MediaServe LLC is a family company. Our politics are original constitutionalist. Free speech is absolutely welcomed, but there are certain limits for our online services including images, videos and communications: Nudity or sexual content that appeals to a prurient interest. Graphic content that advocates incitement to violence and/or illegality. Both of the above can be deemed gray areas to some, so in order to provide examples: Religious and political debates and/or arguments are permitted, provided the content contains no incitement to violence . Logic always trumps violence. Illegality is defined as "the state of being contrary to or forbidden by law, especially criminal law". Debates over the current prevalence of lawfare for example are perfectly fine so long as promoting actual illegality or incitement to violence are absent.
How does MediaServe police this?
As a company we have no interest whatsoever in surveilling MediaServe members' content. We only react to evidentiary complaints from external sources, directly sent by postal mail or parcel delivery, or tickets submitted to our abuse department. In 25 years of service, we've had one FBI subpoena very early on regarding a hosting member who was involved in alleged illegal activities (external to our hosting service), another one recently related to a lawsuit between factions within an organization to which we provided website hosting, and a handful of DMCA complaints to which we negotiated artfully between said members and complainants.
